A full planning permission ref 01/3133/F dated 24 June 2004 for the erection of nine dwellings and construction of a new access has been implemented and pre-commencement conditions discharged. Variation of a condition to incorporate modifications to the scheme was approved ref PK/1767/RVC. A S.106 legal agreement provides for two affordable rental units and the construction of an extended layby adjacent to the site. A S38 Agreement has been drafted and a S104 Agreement has been signed. No CIL payment.
