Holding Fee
A holding fee equivalent to one week's rent will be required at the beginning of your application and will then serve as part your first months rent if references are successful. This is a refundable fee unless you do not complete your application in a timely manner and the landlord is forced to accept alternate offers OR if the information you supply to us is incorrect and as a result your reference is denied by the landlord.

Tenancy Deposit
Before the commencement of the tenancy we will request a tenancy deposit to be individually confirmed, although usually equal to one months rent which, unless we confirm otherwise, will be registered with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service) as required by the Housing Act of 2004 until the end of your tenancy.
