Tenure and Possession
The property is offered by sale by private treaty and is available as a whole or in up to 7 lots. The freehold of the property is to be sold and vacant possession will be given on completion.
There will be no tenant right. Entry will be given onto the land for winter cropping as soon as crops have been harvested and the straw removed with the exception of the part of Lot 1, cropped with potatoes, which will be available in early October 2018 after potatoes have been harvested.
Public Rights of Way, Wayleaves and Easements
A bridleway runs from Rectory Place, Barton in Fabis through Lot 7 and adjacent to Lot 6 heading in a south westerly direction from the village. Cross Compliance Regulations
