It's easy to say 'don't judge a book by its cover' and here it would certainly be a mistake to do so. What a wonderful surprise we had when we visited this super chalet bungalow.
The layout is fantastic and really sets this property apart from almost everything else on the market. With a large conservatory to the rear it really makes for the perfect family space and somewhere you can admire the mature garden that the current owner has spent many hours in.
The road is in a popular location. Living here you are close to everything you need for a relaxing family life. The shops are within walking distance but if you prefer to travel by bus there is a bus stop within a couple of minutes' walk. You can reach either the A23 or A27 within a few minutes you really couldn't be in a much handier position.

We will be sad to leave this bungalow and our friendly neighbour's after 22 years. The house has always felt comfortable, secure and homely and it's a great area to live.
We have fantastic views from our front rooms and from the lovely quiet garden where we relax and pottering about in. Having a detached garage has been a big bonus.
As retirement approaches we have decided it's time for us to move on, but we will always have many happy memories of our time here.
