The following will be required from your guarantor: completed referencing forms, national insurance number, ID i.e. Passport of driving license and Proof of residency i.e. utility bill, council tax bill, telephone (not mobile) bill or bank statement dated within the last three months, or a driver’s license. 11. If you take the property in excess of 2 months before the tenancy commences a holding bond of £400 is required for the whole property following completion of references, this will be credited to the first month’s rent. If the tenancy fails to progress this bond will not be refunded. 12. Tenants home insurance – to include accidental damage to Landlord’s fixtures and fittings.
