This established park has 2 sides - one side which is 10 months holiday season & the other which is 12 months. Within the Silverhill Park there is a fully licensed clubhouse with a pool table, Wifi and a launderette. Silverhill Holiday Park is maintained with pride by the onsite park manager and there is a friendly community atmosphere.

2018 site fees are approximately £2090 per annum which includes ground rent, local authority rates, water charges, ground maintenance and landscaping, street lighting maintenance, office administration. Other benefits also include access to all facilities at Tydd St Giles Golf and Country Club for two people. The facilities include: 18 Hole golf course, indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, gymnasium, gym classes, bars and restaurants.
On site facilities include clubhouse with bar and pool table plus launderette.

The static caravan is situated on the 12 month holiday side and has parking space for two cars.

Electricity is individually metered and paid to the site office.
Electric meters are read every six months - around 10p per unit (approx. cost £70 per 6 months).
Gas central heating via Bottled LPG costs £62 per 47kg bottle - delivery days are Tuesday/Friday.
Owners are required to pay their own insurances and television license.

SHOWER ROOM Three piece suite comprising low level wc, pedestal wash basin and recessed shower cubicle with glazed screen and electric shower, obscure glazed uPVC window to the side, extractor fan, ladder style heated towel rail, fitted mirror. 

OUTSIDE To the front of the property there is a lawned area gravelled driveway and hard standing providing parking for two/three vehicles. The grass extends to the right hand side up to the adjacent caravan with a small area to the rear. To the other side the plot extends to the middle of the line of trees and is laid to lawn. There is metal shed with power connected, plumbing and space for washing machine and further white goods.

AMENITIES Long Sutton has Primary and Secondary Schools, supermarket, banks, public houses and medical centre etc. Situated between the larger towns of Wisbech, King's Lynn, Spalding, Boston and Peterborough all of which are easily accessed by road. Peterborough and Kings Lynn both have train services to London's King's Cross.
