Oaklands Park is a residential area on the edge of the South Dartmoor town of Buckfastleigh.
Number 29 occupies a good position within the road on a generous corner plot and with some views beyond neighbouring properties to the green hills and countryside.
Buckfastleigh has a small selection of shops and amenities including post office, pharmacy, health centre and primary school. The town lies just off the A38 Expressway at roughly the mid-way point between the two Devon cities of Plymouth and Exeter.
The bungalow has been very well cared for and upgraded over the years and is tastefully presented both inside and out.
It has a large living room, well appointed kitchen with polished granite worktops and a smart white shower room with extra large shower. The main bedroom has French doors to the rear garden.
The gardens are mostly lawned and private at the rear where there is a raised seating area.
We have no hesitation in recommending a viewing of this attractive home.
Travelling south on the A38 Expressway in the Plymouth direction, take the Buckfastleigh/Buckfast turn off and follow the signs for Buckfast Abbey. On reaching the mini-roundabout by the entrance to Buckfast Abbey, proceed up and over the hill, eventually taking a right hand turning into Church Street. Next, take the second turning right into Silver Street, and continue up the hill into Oaklands Road, then take a left hand turning into Oaklands Park. Proceed into the development and number 29 will be found on the left.
