An administration fee equivalent to half a calendar months' rent plus VAT will be payable upon your application being accepted. Should the tenancy not proceed this charge is non-refundable.

This covers the cost of negotiating and preparing a further fixed term tenancy agreement

Amendment Fee £90.00 inclusive VAT

Due to a change in personal circumstances such as one tenant leaving the property (subject to the landlords approval) we may be required to prepare an amended tenancy agreement which could include the need for further referencing.

Late Payment Fee £24.00 inclusive of VAT

If the rent is not paid on the rent due date a late payment fee may be charged.

Missed Inspection Fee £24.00 inclusive of VAT

If a scheduled and confirmed appointment is missed a charge may apply.

Moved Out Fee £60.00 inclusive of VAT

A fee will be payable if we are required to organise repairs/maintenance at the end of the tenancy should such works be required after the move out inspection and deemed the tenants responsibility.
