nearby recommendations:

There are some lovely restaurants near our property that we would recommend. Barcode, Otello's and Orsino's are all very close by and do brilliant food. Third Avenue is also a newly opened place that does Brunch and Dinner and then turns into a bar at night and has had some great reviews. Gails Bakery is also very closeby and does a great breakfast. We can't forget about Sugardough Bakery located nearby on Victoria terrace right by the seafront, its a must to try their carrot cake!

the parking on the road can be limited but there are numerous pay & display bays. It costs just over £5 for 11 hours parking (restrictions are lifted between 8pm-9am). There is a machine on the road which takes cash or card, or the easiest way to do it is via the Brighton and Hove Council parking app which is called ‘PayByPhone Parking'. On here you can enter how many hours you would like and pay with your card on the app. It is very easy to use, you just need to put in the location code which will be clearly stated on the signposts of the bay you park in. You can also allow notifications to pop up which will alert you to when your parking is going to expire. You can also buy numerous days at once, which is useful if you know you are not going to move your car for a couple of days.

If you are travelling by train, the closest train station is Hove Station, this is less than a ten minute walk away from the property. However, if your train is arriving at Brighton station, it will only take you around 15 minutes by taxi, or just over half an hour by bus through the centre of town.
