Third Avenue is also a newly opened place that does Brunch and Dinner and then turns into a bar at night and has had some great reviews. Gails Bakery is also very closeby and does a great breakfast. We can't forget about Sugardough Bakery located nearby on Victoria terrace right by the seafront, its a must to try their carrot cake!
