Holding deposit

To reserve a property we will require a payment equivalent to one weeks rent. The tenant, in wishing to end the tenancy early will be responsible for payment of the outstanding rent to the end date of the tenancy. In addition they will be responsible for any associated fees incurred by the landlord in finding replacement tenants for the property.
