Rent for Double Room will be £800 PER MONTH, PLUS BILLS.

Weekly room inspections once per week to make sure the room is clean and tidy and hoovered and also no damage has been caused to the furniture, bed or carpet. We will also check that no food or drink has been spilt on the carpet, this includes food crumbs on carpet and stains from any spillages.
Please note: any damage to the furniture, mattress, wardrobes, equipment, walls or carpets or any spillage or stains on the carpet will be taken out from the final deposit in order to repair, replace or clean. This will be part of the contract.
Minimum length of stay is 4 months. Notice period is 1 month.
Deposit will be refundable only after 4 months stay and after staying notice period.
If you leave before 4 months or if you get evicted before 4 months for either breach of contract or for rude or aggressive behaviour then the deposit will be Non Refundable. A contract will need to be signed.
