Home Carers Care are the Care Providers based at Kingswood and operate 7 days a week/24 hours a day and the charges are detailed in the CW&C Leaflet, if buyers have no current needs there is an optional Band 1 charge of £6.00 made payable to Cheshire West and Chester Council. All potential purchasers are required to have a care assessment to ensure care needs can be met.

The Development has several communal facilities including an on-site bistro ( closed currently awaiting new provider) , hairdressers, activities suite, residents lounge and a Scheme Management Team, pamper and assisted bathrooms for support of the Residents and a guest suite for visiting guests.

Important Information on Anti-Money Laundering Check

We are required by law to conduct Anti-Money Laundering checks on all parties involved in the sale or purchase of a property. We take the responsibility of this seriously in line with HMRC guidance in ensuring the accuracy and continuous monitoring of these checks. Our partner, Move Butler, will carry out the initial checks on our behalf. They will contact you and where possible, a biometric check will be sent to you electronically only once your offer has been accepted.

As an applicant, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of £30 (inclusive of VAT) per buyer for these checks. The fee covers data collection, manual checking, and monitoring.
