Access is by secure door entry and number 2 is to be found on the first floor. On entering the apartment you find a hallway with useful cupboard storage and intercom secure access phone. There is a very large living room with plenty of space for a three-piece suite, television table etc and also for dining. The kitchen is fitted with a range of units and while it is small it does not feel cramped due to the open plan nature into the available dining space.

There are two bedrooms, the first of which is very large and has ample space to be used as a double and maybe as a room for younger children sharing. The second bedroom is also a double and has daylight coming in from an elevated window but does not offer any external views. There is a family bathroom comprising of bath, wash-hand basin and WC. Heating in the apartment is by electric storage heater.

In the communal areas there us a bin store, bike store and secure intercom access.

Secure Entrance - The apartment building is accessed form the rear of Stramongate via a telecom controlled secure doorway

Communal Stairs And Hallway - On the ground floor there is a bin store and bike store.

Entrance Hall - Here you will find the intercom for the secure access, a storage cupboard and the airing cupboard containing the hot water cylinder.

Living Room - 8m x 4.22m (26'2" x 13'10") - Very large room with windows to the front elevation and open plan dining space and access to the kitchen.

Kitchen - 3.07m x1.71m (10'0" x5'7") - Fitted with a range of units at base and wall level and with an electric oven, electric hob, overhead extractor, washing machine and a stand alone fridge freezer located in the pantry.

Bedroom One - 6.75m x 4.27m (22'1" x 14'0") - Large room looking over the front elevation.

Bedroom Two - 4.49m x 2.87m (14'8" x 9'4") - Another double room. Natural light from an elevated window to the celling area. No external views.

Bathroom - 2.68m x 2.08m (8'9" x 6'9") - With a three-piece suite comprising of bath, wash-hand panel, and WC.
