Come and see this ground floor, modern, garden apartment with character facade in the heart of Ashley Cross. Also just minutes walk to Parkstone train station with direct routes to Waterloo, London.

Located in the heart of Ashley Cross, this contemporary apartment in a gated development is a great home for those that enjoy the finer things in life.

Built to exacting standards and featuring state of the art electronics, the property is flooded with natural light. Both bedrooms are doubles with the master featuring a luxurious en-suite. The family bathroom is equally luxurious with freestanding bath and walk-in shower. The generous lounge/diner gives access to the private garden, which is of fantastic size and a real gem. The kitchen is seperate and has been upgraded recently by the current owner.

There is an allocated parking space also conveyed with the property.

What the owner says:

I bought the property because I wanted a garden and to be in Ashley Cross and near the station. The block is small with only 7 flats as opposed to a large impersonal block. It’s very quiet as the front is on a no-through road. It’s very easy to walk to the shops and bars in Ashley Cross as well as Penn Hill. The flat has a private entrance as well as the main entrance and a large storage area in the garden for garden stuff as well as other storage. I will miss the tranquility of my private garden.

Where it is:

Nestled at the bottom of a cul-de-sac but still within touching distance of Ashley Cross with its vast array of amenities, boutique coffee shops, fashionable bars, trendy restaurants & Parkstone train station which offers direct routes to Waterloo, London. Poole & Bournemouth town centres and the award winning beaches of Sandbanks are all in easy reach.

Places of interest

Bold gestures are great, but we know that it is the small and simple touches that make a real difference. Keeping in touch, being honest, not baffling you with jargon, thinking about your circumstances when organising viewings, a smile, some reassurance. But behind the scenes, we are quick to grasp any opportunities, ninjas in negotiation, and serious about the way we do business.

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
