The company was formed by Allen Martin MARLA who after 23 years in the Armed Forces decided to start his very own Property Management and Lettings Company in the heart of Cornwall. We have an in depth knowledge and intimate understanding of the property market as well as the importance of excellent customer service. We understand the importance of good communication with our clients and how paramount it is to the success of the business. We provide good old fashioned personal service whilst embracing the latest technology and systems.
