The flat ticks every box for me; being a few minutes' walk to Hove station to allow me to travel into central London for work and with a fantastic leisure scene of Hove seafront, high quality cafes, and diverse range of restaurants and bars, all just a few minutes away. Wilbury Road is one of my favourite roads in Hove with it's wide and quiet tree-lined street leading towards the sea and outstanding yellow brick Victorian buildings lining the street on both sides.
I was drawn specifically to this property for the above reasons but also due to it's larger than average footprint, providing ample space and storage. To have large, sashed bay windows at each end of the building is a real treat and adds to the sense of grandeur, space, and light. This is one of those places that gives you that calm feeling as you enter, allowing me to recharge every day, away from the bustle of life. I was sold the moment I walked through the door and haven't looked back since.
