Caerwnon Park is a retirement park for the over 50's, set in around 24 acres with striking views to the sublime Mid-Wales countryside. It is located just a short distance from Cwmbach Llechrhyd, a small village with a Church and approximately 15 dwellings that is set beside a quiet road (since the construction of the A483 bypass) with regular bus service to the neighbouring towns. The former railway village of Builth Road is just over half a mile away and has a railway station on the Shrewsbury to Swansea line.
