A delightful Grade II listed terraced three/four bed period conversion with courtyard, garaging and off road parking.

Description

Set within the Quarries Conservation Area, The Maltings is an impressive Grade II listed original malthouse which is believed to date from the late Victorian era, circa 1860. It stands amidst other similarly attractive buildings and features mellow ragstone elevations, which was also apparently sourced for the building of Westminster Palace and Westminster Abbey.

This substantial and historic malthouse was sympathetically converted during the 1980’s and divided into four properties.

No 3, Brewers Dwell is a delightful mid terraced home, offering very well presented accommodation, arranged over three floors. The ground floor comprises a 36ft kitchen/dining room with shaker-style cupboards, space for various appliances and access to both the slate paved courtyard and garaging.

On the first floor there is a south-westerly facing sitting room with parquet flooring, together with two double bedrooms (one currently used as a study) and a modern shower room.

Stairs lead up to the principal bedroom suite off which is a stylish contemporary bathroom featuring matching sanitary ware. There is also a flexible dressing room/bedroom four.

Outside to the front lies a designated parking space, access to the carport and connecting garage which has power and light connected.
