I have not had any problems in the development since buying the property and there have been extensive renovations during our period of ownership.

My tenants, over the years, have been very happy with the property. The houses on the development appear small looking from the outside but are deceptively spacious inside. I have had families, and single professional people living at the address with our longest-serving tenants staying for 6 years.
