Why the owner loves the property:
My home is located on a corner plot and not overlooked by anyone. The house is light and airy but also easy to heat and cosy in the winter. I love the layout of my new kitchen and having a shower has saved a lot on the water bills.The garden is easily maintained and wraps around the home. It is very near to the car park and you can park right outside the home when dropping off shopping or loading up with anything heavy.We have a large function room on site where activities are organised and it's a great way to get to know the locals. There is also a site secretary and manager who can help with any queries and direct you towards local tradesmen if you have any problems.
