Property description & features

"When I first walked into the house I knew that there was lots of potential to create a beautiful new space, which feels cosy and I can call home. It took me four months to renovate and it was so worth it, especially when I discovered the beautiful old floorboards - I'm a huge fan! The large garden with the split patio and grass area has been a wonderful addition to the house and I had some of the best evenings there with family and friends.

I absolutely love living in Brislington, especially with my dog Alfie. Having Nightingale and Victory Park on my doorstep has been a game changer. Not only that I didn't have to drive every day to take him for a walk, Nightingale in general is such a beautiful woodland with a little stream, perfect for a morning run or mid afternoon stroll. Brislington is a great and safe area to live in with a lovely neighbourhood, brilliant schools and access to Bristol's city centre."

Sherwell Road is a quiet road located in the pocket between Bath Road and Brislington Brook. The area is just a short walk to shops and the amenities of Sandy Park Road and Wells Road, with popular independents such as the Deli @ Sandy Park with Bocabar at Paintworks and Avonmeads Retail Park also a short journey away. Also close by is Arnos Court park, which provides a great area for runners and dog walkers, while those looking for more of an escape from the city, the proximity of the nearby Wells Road allows ease of access to North East Somerset and Chew Valley. A huge draw to the area is that semi-rural feel when venturing out towards Conham River Park, Eastwood Farm, and the ever-popular Beeses that sits overlooking the river Avon. For commuters, this area is very well placed, just a short distance from Bristol City Centre and Bristol Temple Meads Station. The popular Holymead Primary School is just at the end of the road, making the location ideal for young families.

A semi-detached house which has been refurbished from top to bottom by its current owner. The house has a pretty front garden and side access with mature trees and shrubs. There is a living room at the front of the house with a feature fireplace and picture window looking to the street. To the rear, the owner has opened up the space to create a gorgeous kitchen/diner with doors to the rear garden. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a modern bathroom with metro tiles and a shower over the bath. The rear garden has both a patio for dining and a lawn with raised beds. There is also an outside WC and storage room.

    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on June 30, 2016 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
