The Cosalt Cezanne (36 x 20ft) enjoys floor to ceiling lounge windows overlooking gardens and the stunning Llyn Peninsula beyond. With three bedrooms include ensuite and bathroom it makes the perfect holiday getaway. The decking overlooks a private garden with ample parking behind.The lodge was refurbished internally in 2012, the decking was installed and outside re clad with new insulation some 4 years ago. The windows were all replaced about 7/8 years ago. New internal doors and bedroom fitted furniture was undertaken some 2 years ago. The shower room and en-suite have underfloor heating & central heating is supported by gas supply from the Park.
Further Information
There is no ability for the park to expand in front of the Lodge, therefore the view is protected. The garden is fenced off, but maintained by the site.
Owners can visit 24/7, 365 days of the year, but cant live at the Lodge all year round. Evidence of a main home is likely to be requested upon assignment of the licence as part of the sale process.
Owners have full and free access to the Spa & Gym as well as the Deckhouse and Beach. Only treatments have to be paid for.
