This idyllic and trendy flat is located just south of Brockwell Park in South-East London. Just south of Herne Hill station, you’ll be enjoying a private, beautifully-decorated flat outside the city centre – while getting fantastic access to the centre of the city via overground lines. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.

This one-bed has been fantastically renovated with a modern, but artistic style, evocative of a young professional working and living in the city. The kitchen and dining area have been refurbished and decorated with stylish amenities, including everything you need to make a home meal, or host some evening drinks. The master bedroom features a well-sized double bed, resplendent with luscious throws, and quaint decor pieces – as well as an ensuite bathroom with both showering facilities for added convenience. The hallways and other areas of the house have been redesigned with equal care to ensure that every inch of the home evokes the same inviting, but trendy style. As it’s a flat, you’ll have charming views of the surrounding area, as well as a small study area should you wish to get any work done during your stay, or simply journal your daily outings in the city. There’s a settee in the living room area, and a TV for you to watch your favourite shows on after a day out, and the home is particularly private, meaning you’ll be enjoying true solitude throughout your stay.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Situated in the heart of South-East London, just a short walk away from the residental and charming area of Dulwich, you’ll be surrounded by trendy pubs, cool bars, and a variety of restaurants serving everything from New York Pizza to Carribbean food. You’ll also be surrounded by greenery during your stay, as Herne Hill is only a short walk away, as is Brockwell Park, and Dulwich Village. You’ll have access to central either via Herne Hill Station or North Dulwich, giving you access to the centre of the city in less than thirty minutes.

The home can be a little tricky to find but the check-in guide has a detailed explanation of how to find it. There’s also a phone number to call at any time if you need help locating it. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment.

If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and tidy; perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place.

Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!

This home is located right in the middle of the city, so it’s perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

It’s worth noting that this home is located on the lower ground floor, so you might find some rooms darker than expected (perfect if you like darkness when sleeping, though!). Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

By staying in this home you are agreeing to the tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested. This home is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in. We know you will love the design and the way we look after this home and our guests.

    Broadband availability and predicted speed

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
