Situation - The land lies adjacent to, and just up the hill from Cart Lodge Farm Barn, within the picturesque Carey Valley, just on the Devon side of the Devon/Cornwall border. There is easy access to the A30 dual-carriageway just 1.2 miles away which provides fast links to Truro and Exeter.
