Brampford Speke is one of the most highly desirable villages on the outskirts of Exeter, surrounded by unspoilt Devon countryside, yet less than 5 miles to the city centre. After a mile turn right onto Burridge Road signposted for Brampford Speke, you then follow on this road for just under half a mile before turning left onto Sandy Lane. The property is on the right.
