They saw the triplets grow into young adults they entertain friends and family on the lawn on the barbecue area and now they are seeking a life in the sun. Fairways is in the middle of Elfordleigh hotel and golf leisure complex. It's 120 acres of rolling green fields, Wildlife, Birds splashing and they water. Of course Elfordleigh hotel offers exceptional leisure facilities not only the golf but the restaurant swimming pool and other facilities. Dartmoor national park is only a stone's throw away. Those seeking an exceptionally located home that offers the outside life need look no further. Not only does it off of the outside but shoots for the active but those that need to travel either by train or by car not worry as Plymouth train station is only approximately a minute 20-minute car journey and the road links to the A38 through Plympton are only approximately 10 mins by car. The main house really embodies the space needed for a modern family, boosting five bedrooms, two bathrooms and an en-suite But yet the accommodation doesn't stop there. Outside there is also an annexe. The owners told me this used to be two bedrooms, but they took a partition wall down to create one large upstairs bedroom. If your family that wants to either add a form of income from the property alternatively like the idea of multi-generational living and fairways can also give you that.

This home the longer I spent there really grew on me and I felt really connected to the outdoors. I loved the gardens as they were split up into different areas, which offered different uses. The lawn area was flat, enclosed, and safe. It's hard to describe the feeling of being still while I just watching the birds but the fairways for me felt a very special place. It felt more than just a property and I'm not sure if that's the history or the combination of many things, but I felt a real connection with this home and I'm pretty sure when you view Fairways, you'll know exactly what I mean.
