The Property
The Coach House is an attractive and substantial stone-built detached property in an accessible location close to the centre of the much sought-after village of Corbridge. The property is within easy walking distance of all facilities and amenities, with glorious countryside surroundings only a short walk or drive from the property. The accommodation includes two wonderful spacious reception rooms and a light and airy garden room, with three bedrooms arranged across the first floor. The property offers a superb opportunity for interested parties to update and add their personal touch to this impressive period home.
The Coach House is entered via the garden room or directly in to the sitting room. The sitting room is filled with light from a dual aspect including full width glazing across one wall. An inglenook fireplace sits to one side of the expansive room. Glazed double doors open to the dining room which again has grand proportions and excellent space for entertaining. The kitchen is fitted with a range of units at wall and floor level with plenty of storage and work space. The garden room runs across the west elevation of the dining room and the kitchen with direct access to both rooms. Full length glazing brings an abundance of natural light to highlight the pretty exposed stonework that was originally an outer wall. A useful ground floor WC is tucked at the end of the garden room.
The spindled staircase rises from the corner of the dining room with a half turn to the first floor. The principal bedroom is a large double with the added benefit of a fantastic adjacent dressing room. There is a second generous double bedroom and a smaller third bedroom. The bedrooms are served by a bathroom and a separate shower room.
Externally
The Coach House has shared access over the driveway to the private courtyard and car port which adjoins an office that is accessed separately from the main house. This allows for an office space that clearly separates home life and work. On the opposite side of the car port is a useful store room with ample space for outdoor equipment or bicycles. A courtyard garden area offers outdoor space with pretty block paving and gravelled surrounds.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on July 25, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on July 25, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area
