Iron Gate studios comprise of 12 exceptional studio's that were brand new last year.
Situated a stone's throw from the city centre, these studios are close to all the best bars and restaurants. Opposite the property are great amenities like BEAR, Pizza Express, Slug and Lettuce and Nando's, these are just a few of the great places right next to our studios!
The studios are just a quick 6-minute walk to the University of Derby and an 15-20 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus journey from all of the three main campus locations. This would make it an ideal location for any student that wants to be close to the University and the night life!
You can expect to see white walls and fluffy grey carpets in each studio, with a crisp and fresh feel that you can still make your own. Each room has a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, wall mounted TV, fully fitted kitchenette with a hob, oven, sink, under counter fridge/freezer and microwave. Each room comes with its own private bathroom, meaning you will never have to share! Free laundry facilities are also available with this accommodation.
Within the building there are 3 different types of studio available. Each of these are detailed below on a 50-week tenancy.
• Premium Studio – 16-17m2 - £145-£150 per week
• Deluxe Studio – 16-19m2 - £155 per week
• Luxury Studio – 21-22m2 - £165 per week
