The studio consists of an ergonomically designed control room, an 'ambient' live room and a well 'controlled' iso/vocal booth. The studio also benefits from front and rear sound lock, W.C. And hand basin and, unusually, full daylight throughout both front and rear. All three working environments are totally separated, isolated and 'floating'. All doors are 90kg - 95db attenuation featuring pull handles, push plates and brushed steel double glazed port holes for visual communication between the areas. All woodwork, and studio furniture, is custom built to fit in warp free, solid and durable, lacquered ash veneered mdf. Air conditioning unit 1 controls the ambient temperature in the control room and the iso booth with a mixer valve above a hatch in the W.C. To adjust the ratio between the two. The second air conditioning unit provides ambient temperature to the live room. The exterior windows, providing both sources of natural daylight, are standard double glazed units with significant wall thickness. These both then lead internally to two separate panes of 18mm and then 15mm glass, offering significant sound proofing, therefore making it possible to contain any internally generated noise from 'leaking' to the outside world, whilst, as equally important, stop any external noise creeping in to ruin that 'perfect take'.

Externally: This consists of a considerable driveway with ample parking for multiple vehicles, a disabled access ramp leading to the rear of the studio, a fully double glazed UPVC front door to the house, and directly opposite (also under the 10m weatherproof porch) is a solid oak door to the studio itself.
