The subject property is situated in Bramcote Village on Chapel Street which runs between Church Street and Town Street. The location is close to the A52 at Bramcote Island. The surrounding area is predominately residential.

The Property
A single storey property built in two sections. The main Church Hall was built in 1852 and was then extended in 1965. The original Hall is built in brick with a render finish and a pitched roof which now has a tiled finish. The extension to the front is brick with a felt flat roof. To the rear right hand corner of the Church Hall there is a mono pitch extension providing an old Vestry at ground level with steps down to a small basement.
