Description - These two holiday restricted cottages have been in the ownership of my client since 1985. We understand buildings had been located on the site since before 1959. In 1989 my client obtained planning permission to demolish and rebuild on the same footprint. Constructed of block cavity under slate tile roofs the cottages have been built on a single foundation slab which would enable the cottages to be connected into one property given the necessary council permission.

Outside - A single track road leads down to the bay with access to 3 off street parking spaces in front of Garden Cottage, with the opportunity of creating a fourth space given the necessary permission. Both cottages sit in beautifully cultivated gardens with patios and seating areas, taking full advantage of stunning uninterrupted views of the bay.
