A 1930s brick under tile five bedroom detached house with a carriage driveway and integral garage, less than 2 miles from the station and about a mile from the town centre. The property was architect designed and was one of the earliest houses on Priory Way, built in 1938 by Wilmott Builders. The property is set on a plot approaching 0.33 acres and is enclosed with mature hedges and trees. The property has three principal reception rooms and an over 22 ft. kitchen/breakfast room which was refitted in 2021 and now benefits from under floor heating.

The house was extended in 2013 which added a study behind the garage and created a new master bedroom with en suite. There are now five bedrooms all at the front of the house.

The house is screened from the front with three mature trees and has driveway parking for up to eight cars. The private rear garden has mature hedgerow, apple and pear trees and well stocked borders. A patio spans the width of the property and has a semi-circular pergola and outside lights.

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
