This large double room is available to let for the first time and is located in a top floor (3rd floor) spacious apartment in the heart of Bromley South close to Bromley South railway station and town centre, so getting around Bromley couldn’t be easier. There’s a fast commuter service to London from the station, and access to the M25 is fairly straightforward.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, lounge with Juliette balcony, kitchen, shower room, bedroom, and storage cupboards.
We are seeking a female lodger, preferably Japanese – landlord’s request, to occupy the bedroom. The rest of the flat will be shared with the owner.
The room is neutrally decorated with a beautiful hardwood floor, and is presented with a double divan bed and headboard, two pillows, quilt and bedding, bedside cabinets with table lamps either side and a built-in wardrobe. There is also a pair of single freestanding open wardrobes, shelving units, a radiator, and curtains. The views from here are far reaching and the large window provides ample natural light.
Benefits include, use of all the appliances, such as the fridge freezer, washing machine and cooking facilities. The bathroom is superb with tiled flooring, large mirror, integrated porcelain furniture, good storage, and a skylight. The shower in the shower cubicle will offer plenty of hot water with good pressure as it is supplied from a relatively new high quality combination boiler.
· A professional female is preferred, but this is not essential.

· 50% contribution to the bills.
