Scots Pine Lodge is a stunning timber built Eco lodge nestled within the wooded countryside to the east of Inverness and within very easy access of Inverness Airport.

The lodge has been cleverly designed to make use of both the indoor and outdoor space and provides extremely flexible accommodation arranged over two levels. Access is from a side door which leads into a bright and airy open plan living space which incorporates the hall, kitchen, dining and sitting areas with a bathroom located off the hall. The modern kitchen is well-equipped and comes with a range of units and a selection of integrated appliances which include dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. The dining/sitting area is a beautiful bright and airy space with plenty of space for a large table and chairs a solid fuel burner and patio doors out to a timber deck. Stairs lead up to a mezzanine level with a stunning bright room with a large circular whirlpool Jacuzzi bath, you then continue up to the first floor where you will find both bedrooms. The principal bedroom has an en suite shower room and balcony from where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.

The lodge benefits from high quality natural oak and stone flooring throughout, under floor heating and multi room surround sound system. To the front of the lodge is a wood fired hot tub and an adjacent decking area overlooking the surrounding countryside.

Planning Restriction
Planning consent limits the use of the lodge for holiday accommodation purposes only.

Scots Pine Lodge enjoys a wonderful, private setting 10 miles from the centre of Inverness and only 3 miles from Inverness Airport. The airport serves London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and the off shore Scottish Islands, with occasional dedicated flights to Europe. Inverness railway station is the hub for journeys east to Aberdeen, west to Skye, north to Thurso and south to Edinburgh and London (including a sleeper service).

Inverness offers a range of extensive activities and attractions including Inverness Castle, Cathedral, Eden Court Theatre, leisure centre and excellent shopping and medical facilities.

    Broadband availability and predicted speed

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area
