*Vendor's comments:* We can honestly say, we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. After making some much-needed improvements over the last 19 years extending and completely updating the kitchen/bathroom and laying oak floors throughout with the exception of the original wood floors in the bedrooms, we made it our home. It really is an end of an era for us as a family; we have raised our daughter in this lovely spacious house, had lots of family gatherings and made lots of happy memories.

The transport links are brilliant too, a 2-minute walk to the tram stop which goes either to Beckenham Junction where you will find an array of tantalising restaurants and bars for a great lunch or evening out, as well as an art deco style cinema, you will find some quirky little shops/galleries. If you want a lovely pamper /shopping day jump on the tram to Wimbledon, again lots of places to shop or grab a show at the beautiful Wimbledon theatre. East Croydon provides fast trains into London approx 15 mins for a lovely day seeing all the sights too!

If you want a quieter day take a walk around South Norwood Country park it's on the doorstep, a beautiful 25-acre community park with lots of areas to walk through nature and meet people. We walk our dog here daily so over the years have made many friends.

Sadly we need to now downsize. The house deserves a new family and we now feel its time to fulfil our long time wish to move to the coast. We have really loved the area and the neighbourly feel it has and will be truly sad to leave but we need to follow our hearts now.
