With new flooring, carpets, wardrobes, kitchen, cloakroom and gardens (as well as a new boiler and roof) we have transformed it, and couldn't be happier with how it has turned out, but alas have decided with a heavy heart to move further out of town.
When renovating the apartment we wanted it to feel bright and welcoming which felt cosy in the winter months and lovely in the summer, with the private sun trap garden which was a joy to have during lockdown. The two double bedrooms are good sizes with plenty of storage, and the additional cloakroom with new entrance cupboard for the washing machine was a life saver!
In the spring the garden comes alive with bright colours from the large camellia bush and pockets of tulips and gladioli, and is the perfect spot to host some friends or enjoy an evening glass of wine whilst needing minimal maintenance.
The road itself is lovely and quiet with a quaint community vibe, and with North Greenwich tube station just a 5 minute bus ride away and the two train stations a short walk away the transport is great.
We loved having all the shops over the road and Charlton, Greenwich and the Pleasaunce parks a short walk away... we will miss living here and hope the buyers will enjoy it as much as we have."
The Sellers perfectly express the delight of this apartment; a private front entrance, a wonderful open living space, two double bedrooms, a terrific bathroom and two toilets! The garden is just perfect, and we simply love this apartment too.
