I absolutely loved living in this flat and am sad to leave it. My flatmate and I lived comfortably and happily here since 2016. The flat it is by far one of the best laid out and roomiest in the development and being on the top floor means you never get disturbed. Everything is super secure with the parking, entrances and bike store. But, almost the biggest selling point is the location. You're about 30 seconds from Sainsbury's, a minute from great coffee and bagels at Perky Blenders, and two minutes from the cricket ground and a children's playground. And that's all before you've got to Francis road and the many cafes, shops, and exercise studios there. The flat is in the middle of lots of transport links so whatever tube line is striking there's always an alternative from the overground or Walthamstow Central. I hope someone else can enjoy living here as much as we did.

Viewing is a MUST for those of you who want the perfect starter home.
