The surroundings
The villa has a perfect location for the most beautiful beaches on the west coast of Ibiza. Cala Bassa is a fifteen-minute drive away, as is Cala Conta, where you can enjoy a spectacular sunset every evening. You can also reach the following beaches on foot; Es Pouet, Es Pine, and S'Estanyol.

The villa
The newly built villa will be delivered to the highest standards, with a superior finish. The residence spreads over two floors, facilitates an open living room with raised ceilings, and offers an oasis of light through the many sliding doors. The fully equipped kitchen provides high-quality built-in appliances, with the cooking island specially designed for the villa. The entire floor has heating, and there is integrated air conditioning. The villa has several gardens and terraces, where the living room opens onto the terrace where the pool is located. You can choose from sun-drenched terraces with sunbeds or shaded and covered outdoor areas where you can dine. The top floor occupies the spacious roof terrace where spectacular sunsets are guaranteed. There is also a basement with a laundry room, garage, and an engine room.
