Description - The property is to be sold in 2 lots.
Lot 1 is the development site has permission for three dwellings, one detached house and two semi detached houses. A condition of the planning permission states that no property shall have more than two bedrooms or a total internal floor space of more than 100 square meters. The development site amounts to about 0.23 acres though part of the field adjoining is included so Lot 1 amounts to 1.56 acres. The buyer will be responsible for erecting a new fence on the boundary marked A to B on the plan
