The property is let on a short term policy for 3 -6 months only with a deposit of £350.00 held throughout your stay. 1 months notice if you wish to stay at the end of the 3 months and payment for extra time paid 14 days before the end of the 3 months. Ideal for working professionals, mature students or couples. Booking recommended to avoid disappointment.
