What we say at the Zoe Napier Group It's not often we come across such an immaculately presented Family home offering so much accommodation, it has everything one would want from a family home and being located on the popular Island of Mersea which has a pleather of activities and entertainment options it must feel like being on holiday every day of the week.  

What the owners say. Having grown up on Mersea and after moving away for several years, we were drawn back to the Island after starting our family, as it is a lovely place to bring up children. We love the sheer size of the house, its location, which is ideal for all that Mersea has to offer. We love spending time in the garden, with friends and family, enjoying BBQ's and relaxing in the Hot Tub. The house offers great versatility, from cosy nights in front of the log burner to family time in the light and airy atrium room and entertaining friends in the large Kitchen. We have made lots of happy memories here and we'll be sad to leave. 

History and background. Built by the renowned local builders "Mersea Homes" it has been home to our vendors for nearly ten years it has been regularly updated. The fitted kitchen is handmade by local company Orwells of Ipswich as are the units in the utility room. Moduleo flooring has been laid throughout the ground floor flowing from one room to the next. The garden has been hardwood decked and an Indian sandstone patio has recently been added which wraps around the back of the property providing the perfect space for the Hot tub. 

Setting & Location. The property is located on the edge of West Mersea village just a mile from the Strood and is a short walk to the end of the High Street. There is an Ofsted rated Good primary school secondary schools are on the mainland which has a good selection of state and private school options. The historic town of Colchester is 9 miles away which has a mainline station, a popular high street, market, museums theatre and cinemas, Peldon is 3.2 miles, Chelmsford is 26.8 miles and Ipswich is 25.1 miles.
