Maple House is situated in a quiet lane at the
back of the village on a no through road. It is
a short walk to the village shop and the pubs.
The lane ends with a bridlepath which runs
between fields and onto Daylesford. Kingham
is a thriving community with a shop/post
office, highly regarded primary school, church,
two public houses (one the renowned Wild
Rabbit). Daylesford Farm Shop is nearby. It is
12 miles to Soho Farmhouse. The market towns
of Chipping Norton and Stow-on-the-Wold
are four and five miles away respectively and
provide comprehensive shopping facilities.
Communication links are excellent with trains
to London, Paddington from Kingham station
taking approximately 85 minutes.

Maple House has parking at the front of the
property for a number of cars. As well as garden
to the front there is an area of lawn at the rear
with adjacent paved terrace part of which is
raised. The terrace is accessed from both the
sitting room and the dining room which makes
for excellent entertaining space.
