"This flat has been in our family for the last 8 years. My Granny very much enjoyed her time living on Royal York Crescent. The clincher for her was having the two courtyards, which she filled with large pots of shrubs and flowers, bird feeders and garden furniture. She also loved the light spacious feel to the flat and she very much enjoyed being part of the Clifton Village community. The charming courtyards, big windows and high ceilings made it easy for her to feel at home very quickly. For her family it was comforting to know she was so happy there. The other added bonus has been the private entrance and storage area beneath the flat. Both have been a life saver for us during these past few years and we are happy to be passing on this little piece of tranquility to the next owners now.
