Duke's project was specially chosen, not only because of its prime location but also because of its unique positioning that allows combining what the developer is truly passionate about: ART, empowering timeless Architectural Art.

In addition to detailed architecture craftsmanship, created by Pedro Ferreira Architecture Studio, that maximizes natural light exposure, using special carpentry elements and high ceilings.

Embedded in the revitalization dynamics of Porto downtown the Duque de Loulé project aimed to refurbish a 19th century bourgeois house in ruins, and to transform it into a distinctive multifamily building, consisting of eight apartments with different typologies and layout.

The quality of construction, for example (pine wood flooring, thermal and acoustic insulation, ceramic floors in bathrooms, lacquered wood, double glazing, security door and kitchen countertops and backsplash in marble from Estremoz), and the diversity of typologies, make this project a safe and desirable investment.
