The vendor says: “This apartment has very high ceilings and is always so light: something which is particularly important to me. The apartment opens into a hall which leads to a lovely sitting room with bay windows. Despite being such a sunny room, it is always cool in summer because of the thick walls. There is period fireplace with marble surround, and a useful fitted cupboard. The modern kitchen is off the sitting room, with cream units and wooden worktop. The double bedroom with two large sash windows looks out onto the leafy garden and seating area. The bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower over it. Recently redecorated in neutral colours, the apartment is fresh and ready to move into.”
“Outside the garden has a hedge so that the road is screened off and there are shrubs and trees. It feels very secluded and peaceful out here having a coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening while sitting at the built in seating area. This location has been amazing. Weston High Street with Tesco’s is 0.3 miles away. Chelsea Road is 0.5 miles away with Rooted café, deli, gift shops, Spar, bakery, greengrocers, and hardware store. It is a lovely flat walk through the Botanical Gardens and Victoria Park into the centre of Bath which is about 1.2 miles and a great start to the day! For those times when you don’t want to walk or take the car, there is a bus right outside Royal United Hospital just opposite the apartment, which goes into town. I am lucky to have the space for parking on the drive – it is extremely hard to find parking in this central location! If you want to go further afield there is easy access to the A4 towards Bristol, 11.5 miles away, or straight up to Junction 18 on M4 (8.5 miles). Bath Spa railway station is 2.1 miles with trains to London Paddington in 80 minutes.”
“There are a total of four apartments in this building which is managed by Combe Park Management and there is a £50 a month service charge. I have been so lucky to live in this spacious, airy apartment with high ceilings, and lovely gardens as well as parking and in such a good location to walk through the park into town.”

Broadband availability and predicted speed
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
