The land currently does not have a 'live' planning permission consented. There are three expired planning permissions available for public inspection on the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk Planning website. Please take careful note the land offered for sale does not form the entire area of land previously consented for development outlined in the expired planning permissions. For reference the land offered for sale is the plot previously outlined for a single dwelling to the eastern boundary immediately adjacent to No.42 Lynn Road. The expired planning references are;
