The Land at Old Hall lies right on the edge of West Auckland and divided by the A688. Approximately 3 miles from Bishop Auckland, 11 miles from Darlington and 7.5 miles west of the A1(M).
The land is well situated either side of the A688 with access directly off the road to the north and south.

The land is in good heart and available as a whole or in two lots. The land is currently down to permanent grass but is described as Grade 3 Slowly permeable seasonally wet slightly acid but base-rich loamy and clayey soils. The land would be capable of growing a variety of combinable crops subject to the necessary consents. Lot One is within close proximity to the built up area of West Auckland to the north and the A688 to the south,and has hope value as a strategic housing area in years to come.
