The land has access direct off the A582 Penwortham Way by a concrete track and is bounded by Penwortham Way to the east and Mill Brook to the north. The land is presently cropped to maize and the Vendor reserves the right to holdover to harvest the crop of maize after completion. Once the maize has been harvested the Vendor would be happy to quote for the sowing of grass seed or alternative crop should the Purchaser so wish.
