Property description & features

"We see our property as a haven amidst the busy hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. Set back from the main road enough to enjoy relative peace and quiet, it benefits from mature front and rear gardens.

Having been a happy family home before being rented out since 2007, it provides bright, comfortable and flexible living. The two main reception rooms can be separated and the conservatory has been used as a laundry/utility room, a study, a music room and even a greenhouse!

Visitors often comment on the welcoming atmosphere in the house and there are excellent transport links and a variety of shops, restaurants and parks within easy reach.

The main works we have carried out are as follows: In 2006 we fully re-wired and re-plastered the house, and also installed a new kitchen and bathroom. The original floorboards have also been stripped and varnished and in 2009 we installed brand new bathroom windows. In 2012 a new flat roof was installed on our extension and a sun pipe was installed in the cloakroom - not to mention the loft having full insulation. 2013 brought along a new boiler and fresh upstairs plumbing, with a Worcester/Bosch combination boiler. More recently, in 2017 we placed new bathroom flooring and plumbing, new conservatory doors - which are guaranteed for 10 years - and just last year a new main roof was installed, guaranteed for 15 years."

As the sellers say, this is a wonderful family house at the end of a cul-de-sac, superbly located for the retail park shops, Westcombe Park Station, and buses into Greenwich and North Greenwich tube.

So much love and investment has been made into keeping this property really well-maintained, and is ideal for a new owner to benefit from!

Highly recommended.

At Conran Estates we really understand the needs of our customers and if you don't believe this then let us prove it to you. Having traded in the past three decades we have a wealth of experience and understand how you tick. We have thousands of happy customers and many have told of their experience on this site by writing great testimonials about their experiences dealing with us.  Just go to the Testimonial tab and hear what they have to say about us. We are undoubtedly the most transparent agent you will ever encounter.  As soon as you deal with us our Managing Director will drop you an email to introduce himself.  To find out what else Simon has to say then have a listen to him being interviewed by TV Presenter Sunita Shroff on this video opposite.

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
