The land is classified as Grade 3 on the land classification map of the local area and comprises of slowly permeable, seasonally wet, slightly acid but base-rich loamy and clayey soils suited to good quality grassland and arable production. At the beginning of the letting, the ground will be in stubble from the previous crop.

 

TERM

 The length of the agreement is from early September for 1 year.

THE FARM BUSINESS TENANCY
